Sons of Anarchy has really taken a twist, who else was as shocked as I was from tonights episode?

How would you react?

Pastor Jeremiah Steepek (pictured) transformed himself into a homeless person and went to the 10,000 member church that he was to be introduced as the head pastor at that morning. He walked around his soon to be church for 30 minutes while it was filling with people for service....only 3 people out of the 7-10,000 people said hello to him. He asked people for change to buy food....NO ONE in the church gave him change. He went into the sanctuary to sit down in the front of the church and was asked by the ushers if he would please sit n the back. He greeted people to be greeted back with stares and dirty looks, with people looking down on him and judging him.

I think that like the picture before this there are people who would treat him the same as they did him.

The last few days have been very tiring, Teusday I had to go to the VA Hospital in Dallas, TX and had to walk from one end to the other a couple of times. Then my daughter Vanessa dropped me off at my oldest daughter Dawn's house and that evening we went to the Mall and I walked all over from on end to the other. Needless to say my legs are sore and I am tired still.  I have to keep exercising I am up from my normal 148 lbs to  172 lbs and a lot of it is sitting on my belly.  Here are a few funnies to brighten your day.

So here is where I will be posting about my thoughts, ideas and feelings about things going on around me and things happening around the world and on the web.  First a little about myself, I was born in Midland, Texas on July 27th, 1953 which makes me 61 years old. I graduated at 17 years old and turned 18 during boot camp at MRCD San Diego in 1971.  I retired at the age of 37 from the Marine Corps and I have now been out of the Marines as long as I was in.  My life has pretty much been defined 20 years at a time.  I have 4 beautiful daughters and have been divorced since February of 1992. I play guitar and sing when my hands will let me. I have been involved with computers ever since I was in school after graduating from boot camp. Before there was the World Wide Web there were places you could connect to with a modem called Bulletin Board Systems.  I ran one for quite a long time and had quite a few colorful users that would regularly dial-up and call in to participate in the message boards and the few games that were available at the time.  Then there was the internet and blogs started popping up all over the place.  There were many different platforms for blogging and I have tried just about everyone out there and have found that Blogger and Wordpress are pretty much the two that are easiest to set up and run. Then came MySpace and then a thing called Gmail.  I remember when the only way to get a gmail address was by invitation.  Then along came Facebook and MySpace fell along the wayside althought it still has a few dedicated users even today. Now we have the controversy of the Government listening in and accessing all of the data that we use and put on facebook.  In regards to that there are now a few NEW social platforms that have started up that promise not to allow the government to interfere or glean information from your account.  The one that I am most interested in is called Tsu and it's uniqueness is that the platform shares revenues that they generate with the users.  This is done by posting, sharing and commenting and liking others posts, things that most people already do on facebook, MySpace and Twitter, the only difference is all the others don't give you not even a penny of what they generate in revenue. The following video is how Tsu pays the users and is worth watching
